I am brazilian and I don't have too much to say, except that this song is great!!! Our countries have similar stories, so I love Woody's songs too!

I can just picture him rehearsing this and the other 40 songs below deck in bad weather, on the deck in good. Must have shared close quarters with lots of sailors that didnt like his poetry, and enough that did to see him home safe.
