I'm able to change the privilege settings without having to put my own admin password. Also if your computer is running and you are logged in, anyone can rightclick/get info/change permission settings without having the hit the lock option.
There's an easier way, download an app called "Hide Folders", it's free and it only takes like 10mb, maybe less. The app shows you the folders once you open it, and when you close it the folders disappear. It's really good and it's better if you want to hide the folders, not secure them.
NO GOOD, this doesn't work for me
