Two questions. 1-how long did it end up taking you in real time to do your whole head? 2-do you have layers in your hair?

@nikkibenk real time, 15-20 minutes, depending on how long I would hold each section. I let my iron heat up for a good 20 minutes before starting, so I can hold it less time on each part :) and yes I have long layers all over my head. thank you so much! :)

I would love to say thank u sooooo mucchh i am deff buyin this!! I was plannin on gettin a perm (eeek) but u saved me the hassel of frizz, dry out, breakage etc. Pretty much u saved my hair from a huge mistakkke =D

@sek4me ok so I went and poked around and saw her using one on a friends hair in one video. It looks to be another bedhead waver, but with the deeper wave barrel, so it would give more pronounced deep waves. While this will give less pronounced, more smooth small waves :) I want to pick up a deeper waver as well! looks neat :)

@smokahontas23 crimpers have a more sharp pattern to the plates, like a zig zag instead of a smooth rolling wave plate. This will give you less harsh waves than a crimper :)

I love this waver I have the exact same one. my hair doesn't hold curls from a curling iron but it holds this I have to put it on the highest setting and have mouse or hair spray in my hair as I do each section but it works lmao

@wpgmistyh2o yeah they do sell them in Canada ( I live in Ontario) if you want the one in the video look at sears if you have one because thats where you can get that one it's like $50 that's where I got mine or you can go to Sally's Beauty Supply and they have them there. You can also go on Ebay and they have Wavers there as well.

@pinkdaisy009 I had problems with mine too until I used almost no hair in the waver. I have super thick hair, so it's just what we have to do. It does take forever, but you can get the same look.

@pinkdaisy009 I agree with blueyedaxo, try waving smaller sections of hair at a time. Also make sure you let it heat up for awhile before using it. I let mine warm up while I blowdry and do my makeup
