he or she, first of all, guys have eating disorders too.

secondly, i doubt that a wannarexic would burn thousands because A it takes alot of will power, and B its very diffucult. Only someone with a true disorder would go to the trouble to get ride of the guilt.. on a tredmill to burn a thousand cals youd have to run for 4 and a half hours at speed 3.5.. so i doubt it.. and i know people who dont eat anything for days apon days.. and some eat 400 in a week.. so please just dont judge me.
