I just don't understand why some people believe life would be awful under Tory government when they are the only party with enough experience and hold the true values of this country.
I don't want another Labour governement but the fact is the Tories have shown no initiative over the last couple of years on the big issues. They had no economical recovery plan, they're gonna let voters down who want a referendum on the lisbon treaty and they are simply gonna let us down like they have done every time before.
It was made by a channel 4 news team who bought in professionals to make screentests of what they thought the messages from the various parties should be. They do a tory and lib dem one also.....
Prime Minister Michael Howard, jee that would have been swell... :/
On the actual ad, clever idea in general but the 'toff' Tory stereotype is irritating. Not because its totally untrue, the Shadow Cabinet is proof enough that the boy's club is still in full swing, its just not funny.
Conservative party all the way! I'm fed up of working hard all year for my wages, then having %40 of it taken by the government, and given to unmarried mothers to buy cigarettes and get drunk, labour are too stupid to realize that the middle class actually has it worse off then the lower under them. Having to send my children to private school, because I can't trust our education system, having to lock my car in my garage, the list goes on. Conservative party 2010.
My point was more that it is indicative of a trend, further backed up by your own endorsement of this and other material. Your active efforts to associate such commentary with the Labour Party through your youtube account actively illustrates this. I also find it interesting that you have made no effort to dissociate yourself personally from such rubbish - which I take to be tacit support for it - which more or less proves my whole point...
More utterly smug bs. Nobody does nasty campagin broadcasts, filled with sweeping generalisations like Labour. I respect the intent and drive for social justice of labour voters (even if I disagree on policy itself), but the execution of the message is often outright disgusting. How can we trust a party whose members resort so quickly to slander and stereotype to score points? For a prospective politician yourself, endorsing this is completely shameful and overbearingly smug...
@princessalice111 True this is terrible I dread now with this collation Government want is going to happen!

A classic example of the dirty tactics of Labour. The fact that they're unable to actually talk about policy speaks a thousand words.

How can they possibly have "experience" when they've been out of power so long ?
It's a nonsense
phil7seven 2 years ago
They are still in Parliament and they are still MPs, helping their constituents.
People like Ken Clarke have been in politics since the Thatcher administration.
What experience did Blair have after 18 years of Conservative bliss?
Catholicism777 2 years ago
yeah, we should vote conservative! thanks for this! really convinced me.
