diamond pushups work the triceps not the chest I believe. the closer your hand are together the more it works the triceps and the less it works the chest. But I'm not completely sure.
Interesting work outs thats for sure, some of them seemed a bit overly animated, but will need some testing ! . chest happens to be one of the Muscles i prefer not to use heavy weights with, so this is great, thanks man.

You go try to do 10 pushups and come off the ground with your hands and feet. If you can, then do a few sets and see how your muscles feel the next day. It works the muscles differently.

Actually, I should rephrase that as a statement: There is nothing you can't do!!! lol The way you mix it up with all these body weight exercises, and also the way you use weights in such unorthodox ways, there is certainly no muscle in your body that is neglected!
