i remember playing it myself. It was late night, with a horrible storm outside. I remember myself, crying like never before to something like this. I even prayed.

After i finished it that night, i went to sleep. I had a dream about Amaterasu, about her defeating Yami once more.

And when i woke up, the storm was over. And the sun was shining bright.

It was the most epic experience i ever had, and from now on, i pray for Amaterasu even in real life...

I fucking cried when 1:47 started. I cried through out this ENTIRE cutscene. I used to not like Issun or Waka all that much, but now I have a new found respect for the both of them. All of the characters of Okami, there is no one i don't like. (Hell even Yami is kinda cool, even if he is just a fish in a giant mechanical ball) Hell I was praying during the cutscene.

During this cutscene, I tryed so much not to cry but it was useless, I started crying without she noticing it and then, she noticed and found it cute.

It brings tears to my eyes to see that Issun really tried his best to become and ideal partner for Amaterasu. He really is Amaterasu's greatest companion and friend, even when he is not near her he is still able to help her in the greatest of ways, just with some words of belief and encouragement.

Manly tears had been shed whenever I watched this cutscene or played through this part of the game (played the game thrice).

There's no shame to shed tears for a story like this. Not to mention a game with such artistic and adorable (I think the style of the game is very cute and has an undeniable charm) feel can invoke such emotion from us players. 'nuff said.

It's the part with the water dragon once you go to the ship and get the lucky mallet and are swimming back, you get attacked by it. Then you go back to the castle and meet wiff Rao again. And Rao comments on how slow Ammy/she swims. Then Bug boy says the Ammy doesn't like people commenting on HER flaws or something along those lines. But it does say she during that cut scene.

Wolves have different howls to express their feelings; that's why it sounds different. And... Shiranui and Ammy are both the same wolf. Just different time periods (and weapons and looks XD). Essentially they still are the same.
