I always wondered. In vore it always stops after the creature is swallowed and in the stomach. Please excuse my noobiness but, are we ment to think that the creature eventually dies and is ingested, or gets pooped out alive, or finds some other way to escape. In some it is obvious, but in some I wonder. Like when a person eats another person.
