check out my vid THE SYCHRONICITY OF ONENESS PART 7/9 *CARLOS CASTANEDA/THE ART OF DREAMING* (attached) and see how my synchronistic experiences fell directly into the book "the art of dreaming" in a beyond-coincidence way.
Sorcerers are dreamers or stalkers. Warriors are precision warriors. We divide our attention between the power or precision of any act or thought or feeling. ordinary people increase their power or effort to get a goal, achieve a target; whereas sorcerers baffle people by getting a goal with increasing precision -- something don Juan called 'intent'.
See and hear Carlos and Don Juan... in the trailer for DIABLERO, the legendary 1970's rock opera based on Castaneda's books. See it here, on youtube.com
Apologies dude...I must have got over-phased with taking too much Peyote...which makes you feel like you're in so many places all at the same time! It's wierd man! Thanks for bringing me back to earth.
joe you couldn't be more wrong don jauns teaching needs to be tested by the every day world to keep it honest and if you understand the discipline needed you would see it works
There was no Don Juan. Even with my suspicions in the 80's and 90's it was still a shock when Wallace's book was published...revealing the truth about Carlos.
Just the idea that a 5' 2" nondescript guy could fool millions (and make millions) shows the power people give to such charlatans.
Quidseeker, you sound like you should be looking into Scientology. Now there's a cult!
All of our voices here and inside are the Flyers mind, they do not belong to us, they are foreign invaders hell bent on total annihilation of humanity, this is what was said by Don Juan.
I believe that Castaneda was left in utter disbelief that he wouldn't move on with his own party into the third attention; he even attempted suicide after Don Juan left for his definitive journey.
Read Amy Wallace's excellent book, The Soccerer's Apprentice. She was there, for over 20 years and she knew Castaneda well. He was excellent at creating fantasies but not much else. Her experience and her detailing of Castaneda's fraud have all the ugly signs of a cult. When a 'leader' claims to be 'the only way to freedom' for their followers, gives you a new name, new identity, and eventually gets into your pants as well, you have a cult. Manson was very good at it.
wow, there are so many delusions about his works...our pple warn us about humans as leaders in any realm spiritual, political....people are just pple, he may have worked with wonderful teachers but he himself was a writer! A normal being that wrote on the paranormal based on his Experience of the accounts. It could have all been just mescaline pple, he was no more than a modern day wiccan with Nagual time with ones who lived it humbly.
Flimsy accounts of womanizing and manipulation...I truly think this is the work of humans, who are without a broadened sense of the shamans world, and are also more importantly under the Flyers direct pressures to discredit what Carlos was espousing this entire time throughout the books.
Don Juan later learned, well after The Teachings was published, that Carlos was not the Nagual, and that it was intended that Carlos 'tell' humanity about the possibilities that are out there. His energetic configuration was incorrect: he did not have four chambers, only three within his energetic body. It's funny how all of his detractors focus only on what was scantily available based upon his few public appearances and one-on-one interactions since the days Don Juans party left the Earth.
if you'd dreamed and gone to some of these other realms as i have, there'd be no need for arguments, prove it to yourself, it's easy to see why amy wallace bought out a book after calos left, what else has she got? nothing now
Scroll back to the very first comment on this video--about the DNA testing and positive results of the human remains suspected of being Patricia Partin's--and then do your own research. My whole point in the Castaneda thing is that he took some truths about life, borrowed info from legitamite paranormal research, stole some Yaqui Indian beliefs and cleverly spun a web of lies. And like most cult leaders, he demanded total obedience from and controlled mostly women.
Well, one wonders... I hope those women didn't commit suicide - and to do so would be contrary to CC's own teaching. In the end, a sinister sound track, gossip, putting 2 and 2 together to make 5 can even make a haircut seem sinister. Yeah, sometimes it is, as in Heaven's Gate - but Buddhist Monks all have the same haircut too. In the end, all we really have is gossip about the man. Even the claim that those women committed suicide is only gossip. Well - let's hope so.
Amy Wallace was Carlos's best Stalking. He set her up to write a book that would prevent Regular People from looking into sorcery. She was never his apprentice, only a gossip collector.
I dont know too much about this guy . never read his books. For some reason I avoided them. I would tell friends and fam about spiritual experiences I was having and they would say I should read this guy's books. For some reason something has told me not to . Why is that u think ? Could it be because I am stubborn sometimes ?
My gawd that's about the dumbest thing I've ever heard! I can tell you really need to believe in Castaneda's sham, but please!
Why didn't Castaneda die a 'warrior's death'??? Why did he stay hidden after he knew of his cancer? Why did the 'witches' pick up his cremated remains? Why did some of them then commit suicide? C'mon Hummer...remember rhe cult, Heaven's Gate?
I'll always feel that good ol' common sense is the greatest of all intelligences. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck....
It's perfectly possible to influence people to the point where death itself seems just like a step forwards - so, we all know it's possible that these women comitted suicide. It's just that we don't actually know that they did, do we? So far, three disappeared, one was found dead in unusual circumstances - but even the police haven't said PP committed suicide, as far as I know - could just as easily have been misadventure in the desert. Beware jumping to conclusions or 'confirmation bias'.
amazing how Castaneda's description of seeing, and the fields of energy, lines of intent, etc. are exactly what is described in current string theory and wave particle physics.

This interview goes on to blame Carlos for the sorry condition the Yaquis have been living for the last few hundred years since the spanish took their land and attmepted to destroy their culture...we are expected to believe from this interview that it was Carlos books that did the Yaquis in.
Just because 2 women shared a house with Carlos does not prove he is having sex with them. Show me some actual proof. It is so easy for people to defame someone when they are dead. And you snarltiggs what kind of person are you? you post
many videos of little girls fighting. Is this something we should look up to?
"At the heart of Castaneda's movement was a group of intensely devoted women, all of whom were or had been his lovers. They were known as the witches, and two of them, vanished the day after Castaneda's death,A few weeks later, Patricia Partin, Castaneda's adopted daughter as well as his lover, also disappeared. In February 2006, a skeleton found in Death Valley, Calif., was identified through DNA analysis as Partin's."-From a Salon article on Carlos Castanada "The Godfather of the New Age".
Everyone look at the collection of videos on snarltiggs favorites. Steph ( snarltiggs ) likes to collect and show off videos of little girls having violent fights...you are sick person who needs mental help.
This video seems authentic enough to me. Really looks like a 70 yr Carlos.
