I don't think that this part was any better in depressing-ness than the first part. It had almost the same guitar style play, which made it feel like the same as the before. Yet this had more distorsion and more groul... I didn't like those parts, you couldn't hear much of the tones in their clarity, which made this more like listening to an empty radiochannel(in the end/middle). Seriously, haven't you listened to "Host of Seraphim" by Dead Can Walk ?

@EA45 Well yes I know what depression is. People have different opinions. I just think that these songs doesn't make me feel depressed, well, I get kinda depressed when I can't hear the tones clear because of all the groul and all the distortion. But, maybe I've just heard too,little groul to hear the difference between crying depressing groul and angry groul. I think I just have a hard time to think it's depressing when there's a voice screaming at me. People are different.

@EA45 Well, to me it's a pretty sad peice of music(beautiful sad). But everyone have their own taste in music. Altought I actually looked up what depression really is and it is none of what this music at all can describe. No music can describe depression. Depression is when you can't get in contact with the person. It's when the depressed person is so much inside his/her own world that he/she might stop eating. I actually think now that the word depression has gotten overused.

@EA45 A depressed person doesn't have to cry. A depressed person doesn't even talk. That's why there could never be any REAL depressing music since you can't communicate with a depressed person(in most cases).

And since music is a form of communication it can't be equivalent with depression.

There's also a logical reason why depression exist, since it's a sickness, but I'm not going into those details.

@lime31373 Incorrect. You can communicate with a depressed person. Severe cases of depression, the chances are slim to none though. This music isn't called 'depressive black metal' because it is supposedly 'depressed'. It is meant to evoke a sense of pain and deep negative emotions. Quit trying to analyze everything and just listen to the music or don't. Your choice.
