i asked for ARt supplies, these Days I wonder about wether or not I can have Enough art supplies! But, Hey Elliott, How Would yu Describe , how yu put Light iNto a Picture? I painted a lady in long dress the other day and I Had trouble putting Hints of Light in her face, and hair. Etc. ArtistiChicana. i use mostly acrylics.

Someone once told me it's not about what you put ON the canvas, but what you REMOVE...???

Ok fine, PULL THE PAINT BACK OFF THE CANVAS!!!!

Let the white of the canvas show through the colors. That's usually how I add highlights during a painting. then at the end you can add white/yellow highlights at the end. Can I see it?

Ok OK so this time the painting is almost big enough you could jump in to it. I had a large one like this fall off the easel on top of me one time I way getting rough with the paint. So take it from me...YOU should wait until it dries!
