It's one of the many "rape" games you can play online. There is a site you can go to that allows you to play them, along with tons of other sexually based games. The idea is to knock the girl down and have sex with them for a duration until they eventually fight you off. It's really not as sexy as it seems. If anything it kinda becomes more of a chore than anything else, which you can kind of see in this video.
