It would be cool to do one with a snap in the center to keep it from falling out into your purse or pocket!!! I think you could do it with a needle but i'd suggest THIN fabric and definitely use a thimble and very sharp needle! I might use some fabric from an old vera bradley purse that got a hole in one side!! I love reusing old fabric.
