@xwishmasterx2 Slipknot was never meant to be a sell out in the first place if u read the full history and slipknot have a long history. In time they started to become a so called 'Sell out' and I personally never felt slipknot are a sell out. Slipknot is a 9 piece band from Iowa and Soulfy is a band from Brazil, and in the begging slipknot had NOTHING to do with soulfly.

@metallicaguyanddude That doesn't prove anything. Both Stone Sour and Slipknot we're both formed in the same area which is Des Moines, Iowa. Apart from that Soulfly we're technically formed in Arizona in 1997 but then again there really originate from Brasil and at the time pull alot of Brazilian vibes. Fucking Stone Sour approximately formed between 1992-97.

It matters whos in the band and where they're from. Max is from Brazil. So they still throw off the Brazilian vides even though they're from Arizona.

@BeachDude0092 Prophecy was undoubtedly the most spiritual of Soulfly's albums and there were a lot of deep spiritual stuff in Prophecy. Dark Ages, Conquer and Omen basically toned the spiritual stuff down quite a bit so as not to upset the sensibilities of the fat cats and share-holders
