  • The rushed and broken speech makes it hard for me to follow; I dont know if you're going into variations or actually back into the actual game.

  • I found the correct variation right away!

  • are you crazy?

  • the audio is a bit lagged, good game

  • @tuzmor yeah right full of blunders by kasparov and a 2.6k rating player, i find it likely

  • it actually won "most beautiful" but apparently there were not any good games at linares that year. so this was picked basically because of the knight sac offer. even if it wasnt sound, it obviously shook kasparov a bit since the blunder happened 6 moves later. kasparov flipped out when it won the award, and he grabbed a microphone and started going off about how a game with a huge blunder can be considered beautiful. but computer analysis is always going to find wrong moves, so why not?

  • In Russia chess play you!

  • why did kasparov resigned?

can anybody explain how it would end?

    greetz

  • I didn't want some man's personal take on it; I just wanted to see the moves of the game, nice and slow, and make my own mind up about what went right/wrong for the two gentlemen (if you can be a gentleman at 15, lol) ^_^

  • he speaks with turkish accent but really fast ..

  • famous*

  • Radjabov didn't win the brilliancy prize. He won most beautiful game. There's a difference. Beauty is more subjective than brilliance. The knight sac was not sound, but it was brave. That's why it was beautiful.

  • He did win that price, This game is mafous for it and kasparovs reaction at closing ceremony after the price was given to Radjabov.

  • @GMAhmedAdly

No, he didn't win the brilliancy prize. It was voted most beautiful game. Not brilliancy. Please read my comment more carefully.

  • u need to slow down, whoever is speaking, i understand whats going on but u are speaking wayyyyy too fast, slow it down :)

  • listen to the words not the accent.

  • god damn you kasparov!you had it!!!!!!!!!

  • I understand him completely, the only problem I have is that his speech seems a bit rushed : (

  • Very nice commentary

  • I have no problem understanding him. Maybe you guys are just bad at listening to English with a different accent.

  • How come Kasparov didn't take the Knight sacrifice? 4:20

  • Why not taking with Bishop?

Rybka gives advantage to white after taking with Knight that pawn!

  • I had no problems understanding the commentary. The board position does lag a few seconds behind the audio though. Thanks for posting!

  • Let's see some of you racist bastards do a commentary in Turkish ,then we'll all take the piss out of you...Just don't watch it again.. ''why not use an English fellow''? You probably wouldn't understand most English accents..

  • Cant understand anything from this stuttering prick! Where the fuck did you find him?

  • Gaza's behavior towards Radja was inexcusable after this game. Really nice and I wish Radja the best!

  • i can remember (does that make me old) when a 16 year old Kasparov caused a sensation by winning his game against Lev Polugaevsky. Of course GM Polugaevsky didn't get into a funk about it!

I remember thinking that Kasparov would burn himself out playing with that much energy, but history proved me wrong! Ah well!??

  • ...:::"":::...

  • who is providing the commentary?

  • it's hard to follow because your voice

is not in synch with the board

    position.
