Even if it was a real terrorist attack, no politician would let such a great opportunity slip his hands and also remember, Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. They are there for oil and they wouldn't need to have tapped it up and left because one of the most important things in economics is keeping scarcity of comodities and products, supply and demand, the more oil is tapped, the less the price of oil and the less the profitability. I agree that perhaps now countries will be able to make nukes, but it is still hard. Saudis sell oil in dollars and listen to america, Iraq did none of this and niether does Iran.
