Joke answer: Kimberly has magical gender transformation powers that would make any female-to-male transsexual horribly jealous. You probably don't want to know what happens inside the bottom of that suit.

Serious answer: All the Power Rangers use the exact same sprite after morphing. The developers were really lazy, made them completely identical other than a palette swap, and hoped no one would care. They decided, "Mortal Kombat got away with it, so why not us?"
