1.if gas burns at 2500 degress and hydrogen burns at 5000 degress is there a chance of burning values or piston.

it can burn hotter than 13,000F but it's not a torch in your car. The HHO is mixed in with the air when your engine creates vac. It burns 10X quicker than gasoline so the explostion creates less heat. A long burn creates heat...and wear.
