why do they so proudly floss the american flag, yeah i understand this is america now,its been called america for about 500 years now,.after the hostile takeover, eouropean invastion,..you guys are 9native americans and are flossing the white mans symbol, that fucking flagg wipped you out, killed most of you 9us im native too,
I was there too in 2008 visiting relatives. I have video too on my Page, but my Camera didn't have much memory left, so my Videos are short! yours are awesome! nice and long! Thanks For that! :D
Wow girl! I looked up your page & you certainly say a mouth full. All true though. If I may add about how we all came to be here, when you say Asians or Turkish, remember when talking about us coming here from many different places, the world wasn't a political place yet. There were no French, or Africans, etc., etc.
We are a part of what used' to be in other countries, if this is true. Those people no longer exist there & why it's so hard for the Whites to trace anyone back there specifically.
And that is a good thing, because it stops them in their tracks to claim more then what they have already taken. I myself am conflicted over this whole thing, because I/we are so much a part of this system now. And there is a price to be paid for not taking full advantage of the system. And paying that price is something I am more than happy to do if it means keeping my feet planted. Those are some of my thoughts. Thanks for writing.
I would love to see a pow wow. Hopefully, when they come to my state I will be able to go with my family. Why do the dancers wear so many clothes. I wish they had less on so that I could learn the moves. Good luck to all Native Americans. Always improve your culture and race. It is something to look up to.
I was born in Chicago, but my mother is from Rosebud. I remember seeing a glimpse of a Sundance on that ground back in 1975. Some said it was forbidden, that something bad would happen to the person who put it on. But this pow wow is a beautiful thing to see. I love the traditional dances, with their earthly colors. I'm not into those florescent colors. Looks way too tacky if you ask me. Nice to see Rosebud videos on Youtube. I never thought of look'n em up until now. Please put more up.

If Americans wish to know what our country's "traditional" folk dance is, they need only to see this video.
