Her pronunciation's not actually incorrect. If anything, it's the correct 'archaic' pronunciation. It's a funny clip, but the issue is one of either, either.

@steelgear No, "actually" it isn't incorrect. Both are correct.  As for George Bush, his pronunciation may have had Americans in stitches, yet he pronounced it in British English, which is how we pronounce it here in Australia.

@AgentTasmania Yes, very different, and still not his pronunciation. He pronounces it /'nju:klie/ and not /'nu:klie/. The second is how Americans tend to pronounce it, as they do 'new' as /nu:/. The first is how British English-speakers pronounce it.
