I wish they would put legitimate secret dungeons into the Zelda games. Like a really elaborate Chris Houlihan room. I really liked the Cave of Ordeals in TP.

You can get under the ice without cheating. You can even do it on the Wii's Virtual Console port. You have to latch the longshot in the very right corner on the ladder in Zora's Domain. If you do it right Link will be hanging on the edge but he'll also be partly in the wall. Press A to let go, then B quickly to do a jump strike and he should go straight through the wall.

the reason why it's empty is becuz you haven't beat the running man. Otherwise there's a "sky temple" there with two wolfs and when you defeat them they give you a chest witch contain 50 rupees..

There is another video by someone else that looks into some data from the game and searches for the text that the running man says and its no where in there. (I probably explained that terribly it would be better if you just find the video, I don't remember all the technical aspects of it)
