When he began to walk away to look for water he got shot several times from behind. Is that necessary? What about the kid from the paper who did absolutely nothing wrong? Standing in a yard he got hit with pepper bullets which practically blinded him. When he began to walk away to look for water he got shot several times from behind. Is that necessary? ah, yes....good old spring parties at ksu (the best 8 or 9 years of my life)...the kpd should have used the same tactics they used at our party, circa 1977....close off the street, write down a few addresses, talk to our landlords and come back the next day with a few arrest warrants...disturbing the peace, had i been convicted of it, was no big deal...the police handled it quite properly back thenI think the collective g.p.a. of my block was about 1.7 which explains a lot.

I was a college student once and I can honestly say that I nor anyone that I knew ever rioted. This video is not very good quality but these students need to be accountable for their actions. Alcohol doesn't excuse bad behavior! We have to remember these officers put their lives on the line every day. god I graduated from Ohio State. It was always either the Freshmen or the non-students who always pulled this krap. Probably because they had nothing to lose by doing so. I remember serious block parties and mild police interferance but it wasn't bad. Then being maced on your own street becasue of a riot. After a while, it gets annoying.
