What a light in a dark world. Some folks could have seen Jesus rise and still would doubt. See the Glory in this. Except this gift what beauty in the art and music. I was very pregnant, it was hot and had a flat tire.I sent my son to call AAA. A beat up van that said Road Angel stopped and changed my tire.Very nice man,joking FAST tire change.He was leaving and i said dont I have to sign something for AAA?he said he was not with AAA.as he walked backwards toward his van he smiled a toothpaste commercial smile. spread his arms out and said I am a carpenter by trade.I was stuck there with my mouth hanging open.That man looked just like this picture.do over!
I saw the painting fo Jesus that she did and when I looked into the eyes I started crying!! Something came over me and I just started saying thank you thank you thank you to this painting!! Wow. I really believe that this painting is Jesus or very close!
I too just finished reading the book myself and finished it in two days. Once I started I just couldn't stop. I kept getting chills as I read little Colton's description of heaven and his time with Jesus and his family members. The way he gave his testimony, with such confidence and child like faith. What's amazing is the part when Colton just stared at the painting of Jesus that Akine drew and said, "that one is just right". We can very well be looking at the very face of our Lord and Savior.
she defanitly has a gift from God, there is no way her paintings could be possible without him, also her playing piano is amazing too, shes only 12 and shes amazing!
I think it would be great if we all bought a copy of Heaven is for Real, and on the back page wrote the Salvation Prayer ( prayer to ask Jesus to come into your heart) and then passed it on to someone else. I hope you will.
I read about this in the book Heaven Is For Real and decided to check this out..the book is amazing as well as this story, i highly suggest reading the book!

Found out about Akiane by reading the book "Heaven Is For Real" by Todd Burpo.
At first I was surprised that this was a CNN broadcast, but then found out it was Glenn Beck and wasn't surprised at all, back when Beck worked for CNN (being that CNN is mostly liberal, and doesn't talk about religion).
Akiane Kramarik and Colton Burpo should both go on a popular, widely-watched television show so more can hear about their stories. God Bless both of them and their families.

This is the video that Todd Burpo got. When Colton looks at any picture of Jesus, he would say that the hair or the eyes are wrong. Then when Colton saw one of the pictures in this, he was in shock. He was in shock because for the first time ever, he see's a painting that was right. How Colton got to Heaven you can read in Heaven Is For Real, or type in Colton Burpo, and watch some of the videos of him. He went to Heaven, and back in the emergency room. I do recomend the book Heaven is for Real.

I kind of envy her, but not a hate way though. What a feeling she must have felt to be in such a wonderful place, with an incredible man :) I love that her mom went from atheist to a believer, that 12 year old girl saved her mother. I truly feel sorry for the non-believers because the relationship and love connection you have with Jesus is amazing feeling, so great it hurts. It really changes the way you see life, you become a more peaceful person.
She describes god as masculine but how can this be? How can god be of ONE gender? Isn't he all powerful, all knowing? Shouldn't he be devoid of a gender?
@dcvidz2 I had a dream of God the way that she is describing Him. It is God she's describing. He was like a ball of light. We were made in His image. His eyes really were the most beautiful eyes. I can't even explain it.
@cutes22 also as a side note, the parents of the little boy spent 3 years trying to find out what Jesus looked like by showing the boy picture after picture. They pulled up this picture one day and asked him what was wrong with it, and the boy said nothing was wrong and that was actually him!

This is not a common depiction of Jesus.It is extra-ordinary.The eyes aren't blue or brown-they're green.It's also the only picture of Jesus that Colton Burpo (a boy who has a remarkable story of heaven,Jesus and God) says looks like Jesus-they did not even know each other when this painting was created.Akiane is only doing what she feels she is inspired to do.And I, for one, believe her.The bible says that we are to be like children if we want to enter Heaven and He loves children!Amazing!!!

Sounds like she was snatched up by Annu. This is hands down manipulation. God is a spiritual bond, these big orbs of light are simply interdimensional beings. When they appear to you from a higher universe, they appear to be large bright orbs of bright light. She obviously experienced a lot of this stuff.

@chrisvaldesistheman Yeah, I know it is, but I was baptised when I was little and in my country it's like 90+% Catholics, so you are one by default of your parents. It is more of a traditional thing for me and my family to celebrate Christmas, Easter etc., but it doesn't mean I actually believe in God. I wish there were one just because it would be nice to meet some people in the afterlife, but I'm just the person that needs evidence, that's all. I guess I'm too much of a science person.

I too just finished reading the book myself and finished it in two days. Once I started I just couldn't stop. I kept getting chills as I read little Colton's description of heaven and his time with Jesus and his family members. The way he gave his testimony, with such confidence and child like faith. What's amazing is the part when Colton just stared at the painting of Jesus that Akine drew and said, "that one is just right". We can very well be looking at the very face of our Lord and Savior.

Found out about Akiane by reading the book "Heaven Is For Real" by Todd Burpo.
At first I was surprised that this was a CNN broadcast, but then found out it was Glenn Beck and wasn't surprised at all, back when Beck worked for CNN (being that CNN is mostly liberal, and doesn't talk about religion).
Akiane Kramarik and Colton Burpo should both go on a popular, widely-watched television show so more can hear about their stories. God Bless both of them and their families.

This is the video that Todd Burpo got. When Colton looks at any picture of Jesus, he would say that the hair or the eyes are wrong. Then when Colton saw one of the pictures in this, he was in shock. He was in shock because for the first time ever, he see's a painting that was right. How Colton got to Heaven you can read in Heaven Is For Real, or type in Colton Burpo, and watch some of the videos of him. He went to Heaven, and back in the emergency room. I do recomend the book Heaven is for Real.

I kind of envy her, but not a hate way though. What a feeling she must have felt to be in such a wonderful place, with an incredible man :) I love that her mom went from atheist to a believer, that 12 year old girl saved her mother. I truly feel sorry for the non-believers because the relationship and love connection you have with Jesus is amazing feeling, so great it hurts. It really changes the way you see life, you become a more peaceful person.

@cutes22 also as a side note, the parents of the little boy spent 3 years trying to find out what Jesus looked like by showing the boy picture after picture. They pulled up this picture one day and asked him what was wrong with it, and the boy said nothing was wrong and that was actually him!

How can you not be getting any sort of conviction or goosebumps from seeing the visions from this girl and another boy who didn't even know how to read and both their visions matched PERFECTLY with the Bible?! This is not a common depiction of Jesus.It is extra-ordinary.The eyes aren't blue or brown-they're green.It's also the only picture of Jesus that Colton Burpo (a boy who has a remarkable story of heaven,Jesus and God) says looks like Jesus-they did not even know each other when this painting was created.Akiane is only doing what she feels she is inspired to do.And I, for one, believe her.The bible says that we are to be like children if we want to enter Heaven and He loves children!Amazing!!!

So Jesus actually was a fair skinned, blue eyed white guy...... and heaven is EXACTLY like it was depicted during the renaissance! Who'd have thought? Not to diminish her amazing talent, she's hasn't been visited by anybody but her own mind and I'd be pretty surprised if her mother truly an atheist. She got those "visions" from something and it's not god.

Sounds like she was snatched up by Annu. This is hands down manipulation. God is a spiritual bond, these big orbs of light are simply interdimensional beings. When they appear to you from a higher universe, they appear to be large bright orbs of bright light. She obviously experienced a lot of this stuff.

Btw, I'm catholic, but I don't really believe in God. I mean, it would be nice if there were heaven where we could meet with whomever we want and with our loved ones, but that is something too crazy to think for me... We have no evidence, we created the heaven and hell from our imagination, out of fear of death... What would God be doing now? Wouldn't he be bored? When you say he's "helping" us all the time, why are so many bad things happenning? Where did this world come from and how....

@chrisvaldesistheman Yeah, I know it is, but I was baptised when I was little and in my country it's like 90+% Catholics, so you are one by default of your parents. It is more of a traditional thing for me and my family to celebrate Christmas, Easter etc., but it doesn't mean I actually believe in God. I wish there were one just because it would be nice to meet some people in the afterlife, but I'm just the person that needs evidence, that's all. I guess I'm too much of a science person.
