You know that you can flag the video and force YouTube to remove it, right? They will take action quickly. Unless this was a staged piracy, which can sometimes help indie filmmakers get publicity and promotion. ;-)

we did. however the raw file for the film is published outside of youtube...so even after youtube takes down the video, it will still b available :(
