I saw david cassidy and danny bonaduce back in the early 70's on the people mover at LAX. I was starstruck so I starred at them. Cassidy was giving me a "get out of here kid", look. Then he would look away and look back to see if I was still gawking. It was hilarious. I was 9 years old then. Not sure but I think Shirley Jones was there too. I know for sure that cassidy and bonaduce were there.

Thanks, I didn't know any of that. You're clearly more knowledgeable about this than I am. I still think that's all part of Danny's persona. The guy clearly has some demons. For whatever reason, David clearly has affection for this guy. At one point in the interview he says to Danny "You've thrown everyone under the bus." So David understands what Danny is doing and can apparently live with it. Thanks for posting the video and your information. I've really enjoyed it.

@etsnyd You're very welcome, and you are right about David being understanding of Danny. As I said before he is very patient, and very loving. Anyone who thinks that David is heartless and selfish is blind as a mole; because he shows self sacrificial love every single day with every person he meets. Its a shame there aren't more people in the world like him. He's one of a kind, he's special, and he's precious. He is and will be cherished always :)

@etsnyd I know David really loves Danny, but sometimes I think Danny just pretends to love David back. He's said some really nasty things about David on his radio show.

@PeacenikChick Interesting. I haven't heard about that. What has he said? I think Danny is just really outspoken and says the most outrageous things, which is why he has been given a radio show. Notice how proud Danny was when he spoke about how David "outsold the Beatles." I think David understands all that, which is why he overlooks it all.

@etsnyd Danny has said things like he really isn't crazy about David coming on the radio show so often but he invites him anyway; when Beau (david's son) called into the radio Station Danny kept talking about how weird he thought David was, and Beau agreed with him! (long story there) Danny has also been known to make fun of David in public, with teeshirts or written on tattoos that Read David is a loser or keith partridge is a pussy different irreverent things.

David is a VERY patient man for being able to put up with Danny's many irreverent antics over the years and deserves tons of respect for handling himself and Danny in the way that he does. But Danny needs to give him more respect and treat him with more love and kindness because David LITERALLY saved his ASS on a NUMBER of occasions since the Partridge Family was canceled. Danny's conduct around David is inapropriate more times than they are appropriate. He needs to give him more respect.
