The only thing in this video I would really consider an actual mistake is at 1:50. The rest are slight continuity errors that you will find in EVERY film ever made. I think you are really reaching with this one...

There was also mistakes when Michael and Andre are fighting zombies outside the back of the mall soon after the delivery truck approaches. Andre shoots a zombie in the head by placing a shot beneath his chin, but if you look closely, there is no entry wound beneath the zombie's chin. Also in the same scene, blood splatters onto the delivery truck from the zombie's exit wound, but you can notice that the splatter on the truck in gone in later shots as more zombies approach.
