Just for the record... Kandahar was held by Canadians since the beginning and with only a fraction of the amount of US troops. Kandahar did not "get better" because the US sent troops in. Canada did the brunt of the war effort in the Kandahar and southern afghanistan (the most dangerous areas) while the US was in Iraq. The US 'took over command' of Kandahar after Canada decided to leave, they didn't 'make it better'.

I can tell you that the prison population as of 2008 was 43% white men and 39% black men on a national level. The total percentage of black male population jailed was less than 6% and 28% of the white male population, on a national level, of course. Any other stats you'll need?

Even the host is lying at 2:10 the IAEA didn't show any additional evidence. There own report stated that "Experts have known about these things for YEARS" there was NO additional evidence found, only the tone / spin of the new report was different due to the change in leadership at the IAEA.
