Ok my favourite era was B'Day I'm a fan of aggreesion whilst singing but this era seemed more effortless. I mean the control she shows in Smash Into You, Hello, Halo & Scared Of Lonely REALLY shows she has improved

To me, all the notes of this Tour sounded very, very easy for her, It's like she doesn't even have to think about it or focus on the vocals. I don't think she's damaging her voice.

She never pushed that much in her career, her belts have always been bright and smooth and with a softness to them though powerful and strong, but now her tecnique is so supreme that she's pushing less than ever. If you watch these videos and her Grammy performance it's crystal clear.

@workitout80 @workitout80 Around the 4:50 onwards "But you're just a boy". You can tell she is pushing it a bit, esp 5:25 . Her voice, to me, wasn't made for dramatic roles. Yes, she's growing as a vocalist. I just hope she doesn't damage anything. Signs of damage has already shown up in Christina's voice from pushing it too hard. And Mariah is a perfect example of the dangers of singing with such reckless abandon.

@RelicHunter321 If you're only referring to that point, the "if I were a boy" finales, then I don't think you have to be afraid. She was pushing, but she doesn't always push like that. You HAVE TO push if you want that growl at 5.25 to be that strong. She's not pushing to reach the notes, but to confer them that force. She even has vibrato on the Eb5 at 5.15, and look at her position...You don't have to worry, she know how to take care of her voice. She doesn't do this all the time.

Beyonce's definitely at her peak right now, supposing she doesn't get better in a few years, which would be quite hard to imagine seeing how incredible she has become. But you're right, if she is straining, she'll end up just like Christina, and if she doesn't allow her voice time to recuperate after nights of such fantastic singing, it'll wither away like Mariah's.
