It's just a special effect that I have in my video editing program (which is Pinnacle Studios in case you were wondering haha).

I used to make them out of paint stirrers and foam from a garden knee pad sort of thing, but now I've got actual BMG paddles that I play with ;-)

You can sometimes get them at venues, but I got mine a different way that is kind of hard to explain...check out my "BMG Paddles" video and in the description I try to describe it the best way I could.

the main section cost about $300. others have made pvc instruments under $100, but i wanted mine to be of good quality though which made it be a little bit more costy.

in my film program i have this effect where i can crop the film shot to where i want it and so i did it for two shots and lined them up together

it's easy to edit, but it's crashed on me way too many times.
