It's realy good! you shouldn't change it, but like everyone else is saying, maybe it should be the ending credits? For the oppening maybe all animated, and use C'est La Vie from PGSM? But you probably should ignore me if this is too hard.
It's really good! I agree with starltrubymoon, it might work better as an ending. But the shots you had actually kinda reminded me of the "My Will" ending animation for Inuyasha, which is pretty cool.
The way you have black down half the screen makes it seem like a place for credits, so i also agree that it looks more like an ending. Id love to see more actual animation rather than just the hair moving in seperate pieces, i dont think it flows very well like that D:
i think so too, its more an ending than an opening... but its good work :) I must say i didn't like the scenes where only one half is a video, like 0:13
the only thing i don't like is the animation from 1:24 'till the end. it doesn't really look smooth. for the rest i LOVE it. if you want an english logo i have the logo of the new kodansha sailor V manga and it's almost the same logo, pm me if you want it.

It's pretty good, but I think you should also add like clips of people that's involved with her. Most anime openings not only show the main character, but clips of people that she's close to. Another thing is maybe try to add a few more clips of her in action during the chorus.
Other then that, this opening is pretty well done! : )
