A Band that plays together, writes together. It wasnt Just Dallas or Just Aaron or Tim...who wrote the record...it was ALL of them. They all worked hard to write TOCS so its equally all of thiers. Yea Dallas left, but that does not mean that UO stole anything, just bc someone leaves, that does not mean you have to drop everything that you put your sweat and blood into. Its still their songs, regardless. I love UnderOath from the begining, and I will always love them even past the end

Tim is the best guitarist that band has ever had. Aaron is irreplaceable but Tim is still there. Also i prefer Spee to Dallas.

Err... dallas didnt write any music- as far as im aware he cant play guitar and even if he can the music has early Tim Mctague all over it. So no they didnt steal the music and aaron re-wrote all the vocals so nothing was stolen from dallas.

@javalfa cause the album stayed almost the same with dallas ideas if it wasnt for dallas ideas they will never realeased a cd like tocs cause dallas put his ideas in the dear missery so spencer has nothing to do in tocs cause he only try to scream like dallas and it wasnt his music and about tim youre right i have nothing to say about that haha but he almost is nothing compared to UO so he cant go and left underoath for that band!!

@javalfa "Maybe" they kept very few lyrics but the music has nothing to do with dallas. He was a screamer. In bands with great guitarists and musicians the screamer who is able to play a little bass and synth would not write all the music and structures. And im sure being a co singer aaron and dallas wrote the lyrics together- thats what me and my screamer do... maybe aaron just kept his own lyrics. Either way, the music was probably all started by riffs written by Tim and James.

there are very few bands who sound like underoath now. Im struggling to find any that are very simillar. There are more that sound like UO Pre spee than Post.
