in the book im reading titled "healing sounds" by jonathan goldman. it talks about how any note is composed of many different sounds to create that specific tone. just like color! when you mix ketchup and mustard together it makes an orange color. sound is everything, and although you cant hear the color blue, it is held in vibration and has a sound on a higher plane. crystal bowl meditations are my favy!
