Im greek and i watch stossel every now and then and suddelny he showed riots from greece!!hes does well and he is right,what he speaks is correct and im telling you from experience as a greek this thinks that you do not believe, will hapen,you might say that you have a strong economy or that something will hapen,it always does but in the end when it finaly hapens you will be left alone with a big debt and a huge public sector...no prob for the rich switzerland is always there!!
What is with this talk that "in about a decade, our national debt will exceed our GDP"? I've heard variations on this from several sources, all consistent.
But when I look up and our debt is just passing $14 trillion and our GDP is a tad under $15 trillion, won't we reach that level in just ONE year instead of TEN?
If I'm missing something, or there's an accounting tweak used in the "within 10 years" analysis, I'd appreciate it if someone could let me know.
