Cool information. I used to think that each caddie had to map out the entire course every week to make their own yardage books. This way seems to be easier. This also tells me I need a rangefinder for my home courses, because right now I don't have enough information out there on the course.

This is excellent! As a surveyor, I would love to be paid to do this for courses all over the world!
