    That was done intentionally, once the owner furnish their home it will level out completely. And even after that you would still be able to compensate any new weight distribution with ballast as normal houseboats have.

    You couldn't buy the concrete for L500. Forget about flotation and labor.

    That's expensive considering the base is just concrete encased foam, and that's an ordinary house.

    I could make the base of that thing for about £500.
