Cool plug. Is that a tandem outlet? I have never seen a screw cap like that. I have a few interesting plugs and code problem on my videos. Thank you for filming that one.
At least it has a cool cap!!!!! Also I bet the plug in side that cover looks just like one of those single plugs, like the ones for 120v air condioners and could be replaced with one and then it could be wired in to the load side of a GFCI on the inside wall and would be right! and it would then be grounded and GFCI protected
