It's amazing to me how they put blame on the guy on the ground. True, if not for that person this wouldn't have happened but were talking two very experienced pilots in the sky. Someone up there screwed up. Someone up there screwed up big and is responsible for all those lives lost.

At 40 seconds the "death scream" can be heard. CVR's, a.k.a. Cockpit Voice Recorders, on Commercial Planes all have the second before impact imminent "death scream". Those who hear it say it makes their blood run cold, or the hair on the back of their neck stand up. Creepy!
