tpi was on the iroc z stock 85 to 92 its not a corvette special thing it came on both the 305 and 350 camaros and vettes before that was crossfire injection

Do the Bosch TPI replacements actually fit the original injectors? I heard they were shorter...

I'm in dire straits for some fuel injection repair right now so you're video is definately going to come in handy. Thank you! :)

and how do you check for leaks (when the plenum was off?)

Just Vaseline,this is used to avoid rolling the o-ring while inserting your injector on the fuel rail.

You check for leaks just connecting everything,and put the ignition "ON"

Just ON, not "START",when you put the ignition ON,the fuel pump pressurizes the whole system,and if something is wrong, might leak inmediatly.

Im currently going thru a major upgrade,i will be posting a new video in a month or two, i upgraded from TPI to a Super Ram and many more, stay tuned !!!! : )
