  • Some people just need to calm down with a good tnetennba

  • i used to get paid for advarts then i took an arrow to the knee

  • I Was going to make A Gay joke, Butt Fuck it

  • Does hellonpluto know that there are no adverts on the page!? And what deranged people liked the comment? This guy has only ever posted 4 videos, if it was that easy to make money off the internet we would all be millionares.

  • @paddyenglishman91 Actually this guy does have adverts. When I got onto this video I had to sit through a full Bacardi advert. It is illegal to monetize with content that isn't you own especially something that was created by a channel as big as Channel 4.

Say this guy gets paid £2.50 per 1000 views, that is, as of 191333, roughly £477. £477 for something he didn't even create. Can you see our point? If it was his content, fine, but its not.

  • @iGlyphix who is arsed?

  • @tom1878c True that.

  • @iGlyphix You don't get £2.50 for 1000 views you get around 8p per advert click and you cannot monetize content you don't own so this clearly isn't monetized.

  • @Zombies100 I know you can't monetize content you don't own, that is what I said and not what I am arguing about. I don't much care anymore It has been a while since I posted and I've lost interest. Have a nice day.

  • @hellonpluto I'm not making money you cunt

  • @SteelixPrime If you're not making any money why make us sit through the advert?

If you access your settings you can turn the advert off.

I say this not to annoy or troll you but for two reasons:

    1. I do not wish to see a fellow Youtuber that has submitted content that I wanted to watch get in trouble because the company that made it believes they may be making money. This may also further cause the company to want to support anti-piracy.

    2. I can't be arsed to sit through the advert.

    Peace

  • @iGlyphix He can't turn the ads off, the company that made this put the ads on the video.

  • @iGlyphix Then get an adblocker... Google Chrome and Firefox both have very nice and effective ad blockers for FREE as add-ons.

  • @GoldeneyeDog I have an adblocker on my Firefox but not on my chrome as I usually use chrome when I'm editing websites so I can see if adverts are working on my clients sites. Minus my anti-malware extensions I have no other extensions for chrome as I also use it for fast browsing and lastly I do not mind giving youtubers revenue for videos they make.

I'm a qualified IT Networker, Security and Maintenance specialist. Nice try though at looking cool, Hope you're not mad now though.

    Glyph

  • @iGlyphix Yours is a simple problem to fix; if you do not wish to have an Ad blocker on chrome, do not use it while you are on websites you do not wish to see advertisements on. I don't know why you think being a qualified anything has any relevance to not using adblocker programs, I think you need some time outside before you start trying to tell someone over the internet why what you do for a living makes you somewhat immune from internet slander. Checkmate.

  • @GoldeneyeDog Please try to read my whole comment before replying also don't count your chickens, I don't do it for a living, I just have qualifications for it. Why it was relevant is because you're telling me rookie stuff even though my profile states I'm an IT Tech (which ironically isn't my field of employment at the moment but it was to keep people from messaging me things like "Use adblocker, its FREE!")

You need get out more, stop telling other people to.

    Problem?

  • @iGlyphix Why haven't you gone outside yet?

  • @GoldeneyeDog Its night time and its snowed in outside, your excuse?

  • @iGlyphix

Stumbling across this little argument, I have no bearing but this: You shouldn't berate him for thinking what he did about you profession. That was the literal interpretation of that sentence, that you're an IT specialist who is qualified as opposed to not being qualified. If you want people to understand what you mean, then it's your responsibility to not use such vague syntax.

  • ohhhhhh snap

  • @SteelixPrime

I really don't care what your argument with that guy is about, but making money is not what British copyright law is about. You're thinking of American copyright law (and even then it's not that simple). Under our laws, which don't have such a relaxed fair use policy, this video is infringement.

Personally I don't care if it is, but you should at least know what you're talking about getting all ragey over the internet.

  • @SteelixPrime 4OD will have put in a claim for this and will be showing adverts on your video so no money is being lost and Channel 4 are actually making money.

  • @SteelixPrime lol at the comments mate! Well done

  • @hellonpluto Even if he was making money, so what? That's how people want too earn money, so be it.

  • @hellonpluto Lol 6 people who don't know a thing about marketing

  • @hellonpluto it's actually the copyrighit owner that makes the money on the ads. so channel 4 or whoever claimed the content

  • @hellonpluto NO STUPIDITY INTENDED

but fuck it I will make an ignorant comment showing my total lack of understanding on what it is I am trying to belittle someone on.

    You fucking idiot.

  • @hellonpluto They advertise on any channel if you choose to allow it. Adverts do not give everyone money; only Youtube partners and Google.

  • @hellonpluto You know..that's how youtube makes its money, not the uploader. Jeez.

  • @hellonpluto You can't monetize videos that have copyrighted material. You are not very smart.

  • @hellonpluto your a fucking idiot

  • @georget1103 *you're

  • @hellonpluto Ok but my point still stands especially as you didn't argue against the fact your a idiot.

  • @georget1103

    you're* .. again

  • @georget1103 *you're

  • @hellonpluto i know i did that on purpose...your an idiot for not getting that (i also did it on purpose then just to let you know) and u still haven't argued about the fact you're a idiot.

  • Calm down keyboard warriors.

  • @the1nonlyevilelmo Ha ha, well said. Gotta remember that one, and steal it some time :D

  • @the1nonlyevilelmo *war veterans

  • tennent

T.E.N.N.E.N.T = 7 letters not six you thick prat

  • @benny6555 Tenant as in somebody who is living in a rent controlled house for example.

Tennent is a surname only and I assume countdown follows similar rules to scrabble for allowing words and as such names are not allowed so infact it is 6

  • @chrisbaker91 how did i miss ur reply :S

  • @benny6555 tennent, is a surname which is a pronoun and is not allowed, the word he is referin too is "tenant" which is when someone occupies land, "you thick prat"

  • @benny6555 hahaha, aww, does your mum know you're on the internet, kiddo?

  • @benny6555 wtf i was helpin you out you fukin prick, say that shit to my face and see what happens

  • @benny6555 tenant you knob.

  • @benny6555 >tl;dr: I am still retarded.

  • @benny6555 there's no second n?

  • @benny6555 Hey there bud, like a few others have stated he does mean "tenant" although the word Tennent is there it is a name and generally names aren't in the dictionary. Although there are circumstances where the name itself is now being used for a meaning of something not the name of something.

  • @iGlyphix

ok my mistake, thanks for the update

  • is this a mock video of countdown or seriously a proper smart douchbag on the show?? please reply

  • @CurlyxFry12 it is a clip from the comedy show the IT crowd. It is not real

  • I didnt need to look it up, simply scroll down the comments, i knew SOMEBODY would do it!

  • Thumbs up if you looked this up in the dictionary <3

  • You do realise "NO COPYRIGHT INTENDED" makes no sense. You mean "No copyright infringement intended", and even then it still does.
