@toby070 I see what you mean and that's a good point. Actually if these puppets on Mad TV did look too much like the real Sesame Street characters, Mad TV could of had a lawsuit. Still though, speaking as someone who loves puppetry, this was pretty horrid, I image they didn't hire anyone with any experience in the art (yes it's a true art) of puppetry. But to be fair, I doubt the people in Mad TV were really considered over that.

Actually, that was because this was presented on a MADtv special ft. Jerry Springer and Nicole Parker on stage. It was showing about how MADtv ruined some people's lives. After they aired this one, a little boy was crying. Plus they aired other skits on that special too like Father Kelly. With all those skits, the audience in Jerry Springer were booing. This one posted was not from when it originally aired.

No, I think that skit was made after "MADtv Ruined My Life". The 2 skits that I remember from that special were the 2 guys with flashlights and then the cops come and play along, and the Father Kelly one. They showed a few more but I don't remember which ones they were.
