"Version" implies that there is a "precursor" track common to both.

808 - Flow Coma came first. Richard D James made a Great remix of a seminal acid classic that has a darkness that other acid of the time couldn't touch. Both records deserve respect as I'm sure you would agree.

Fun fact: The 808 state site shows pics of their setup when they recorded this album. From what I remember what you're hearing is a Roland TB-303, SH-101 x2, TR-808, MC-202, possibly a TR-606 and probably some other things. See for yourself. Again, it's on their site last time I checked. Definitely explains why it's such a busy track. :)
