I don't think he ever made the claim that the vehicles were his, just the levels. He might be using someone else's vehicles in his level and remarking on how he likes all the vehicles you CAN create, using others' as an example.

why dont you make tanks from metal they are stronger and they can cant be destroyed by explosion

you answered your own question the fact that the metal cant be destroyed is why almost noone uses it because it gets rid of any challenge

You can fire the gun, I was just busy driving the tank. You can also raise and lower the gun elevation. =] As far as missiles, yes I have made some for a Jet map I made. If you search for F14 online you will see it. =]
