Im deffly gonna try and make some of those when I buy my first bike. for practice of course.. Is it worth the trouble?

nice last time when i tried this in wet, I crashed. Just in the end of season. thank god it was at 30km/h :)

Hey there, a Swiss driving instructor welded those crash slider things on an old Yamaha FZ1000 (approx 20 years old, with steel frame). This bike rocks!
