I don't know if any team's song is truly a good song other than to it's fanbase (I know I love my team's song, despite it being almost 50 years old), but this song is just annoying. The video's nice, but the song itself is just plain...bad.

Since the Rays are named for the animal and not sunbeams, "Feel the heat, Rays" sounds more like a shot at the team's inexperience than a fight song, and if they ARE now named 4 sunbeams, that's worse.

Being a rays fan i represent a part of the organization, if there were no rays fans there would be no rays. That's why i say we.

We do have the same defense as last year. We are better because last year was a less than average year individually. in the second half of last year our team consisted of several minor league players due to our core guys being injured. Also, offensively for everyone except our catcher we were down. Assuming everyone on the team does their career average, we are better.
