i dont see anything great or smart about this, this just pump air/liquid into different areas and that creates movement.

This will be hugely energy-inefficient so long as it's using motors to pump air / fluids. I'm still waiting for someone to invent artificial muscles

... Why not just put this under water and instead of a pump using air, use the water around it? No tether...
