To the software thingy with video, I use sony vegas and windows movie maker, when I publish the video I can see the options at the bottom left if it comes out 16:9, 4:3, etc. Try that mate. Good screams also.

Like instead of adding full raspe and not hearing your regular voice, try adding a signing note to it, I guess. It's the same technique as screaming, just with less raspe and more singing note into it, know what I mean?
