Hi Thinkpad411I´m sorry to say that i have no idea about how stiff the HB is by todays standards, but it is quite stiff since this used to be a competition board. There are loads of boards out there for any style I guess. I´m using hardboots on this board- of course I also have softboots and a regular cruiser snowboard to. But for high speed hardcore carving you need hardboots - its another feel

Hi, i have a Hooger Booger as well, a Grinder 158 Asym, i used to use a Grinder 148 but i outgrew it and wanted something that would be great for free carve sort of stuff, none of that hardcore eurocarve shit, anyways how stiff would you say your HB is by today's standards, and were you using a hard binding/boot setup or just soft bindings with middle angles?

Nice to see some people who actually care about their technique of riding the board. I always see the people pushing over their rear leg it looks so awful all those freestyle guys I'm more into freeride to get in symbiosis with nature
