  • i wise i was there

  • Was there, was a fantasic night, Great Band Great music - too bad it had to end

  • Why are they so amazing?

  • I love Klaatu, but they sucked after their third album, "Sir Army Suit".

  • This is the lost treasure ......of music .... But I don't understand why?

  • @juaniderosa Because Klaatu is NO MORE... And there aren´t more live videos from them...

  • This is The Holy Grail of Music!!!!! I LOVE KLAAATU!!!!!

  • I hope more live stuff comes out on youtube. I love Klaatu!

  • do they perform any material from the first album on this collection?

  • @HackerGuitarist Which collection are you referring to?

  • @bullseyecanada the tour that this is from..is it coming out on dvd?

  • I hope that more live footage of this group surfaces on here.

  • Larry is now the singer for Styx now.

I remember listening to Sun record over at camp Beausoleil the summer it came out. It was the official record of the camp that summer, we wore out 3 albums that wonderful summer. I also snuck in (being 14 at the time) to the Bala Bay concert at a bar to see my favorite band. There were a lot of "bikers" there, all rocking out peacefully to the tunes.

What is the deal with the "bikers" and the band was it a favorite of theirs??

    Where is Contact Day cd/dvd??

  • @msexcelexcel - The World Kontact Day DVD is in limbo; the material from the reunion in 2005 WAS released as part of the 2009 "Solology" CD on Bullseye Records.

  • @bullseyecanada There are Ships To Mexico for This Material???? I WANT IT NOW!°!°!!

  • @monodrack klaatutheband *dot* com

  • @msexcelexcel There was no Larry in Klaatu. The Larry that you're thinking of is Lawrence "Larry" Gowan, who was also a Canadian musician who had some success in the 80s, particulary with his Criminal Mind album. Since 1999, he has been the lead singer of Styx, after the departure of Dennis DeYoung

  • I remember they started AND finished their set with this song... wish there was more live footage on here from them, they ROCKED

  • Didn`t Larry Gowan play somewhere on this tour?

  • @deanthut . Nope. Larry was recording his first solo album. Gowan was keyboardist, briefly, in Dee and Terry cover band FUNN -- but that was in 1979.
