100% its a blenny/goby. theyre a category of fish, they get just a few inches long, and have teeny teeth and when agitated, 2shield like things stick out of their gills, they have teeny spikes on them, but ive touched em and they dont hurt, but i used to go to the beach and catch these things with a fresh water fishing rod and a super small (about 1/4 inch long) piece of squid as bait. cute lil suckers!
