I love this video for the description you gave. It is so easy for people to just jump into tricks that they seem to forget just how beautiful waist hooping is. I love just jamming to a song or two each day just waist hooping and bringing myself back to the basics. Beautiful vid!

I kind of liked that it was a little bit dark...the light from the windows kind of added to the feel of the vid...and you sure looked plenty happy...I loved it.
